Consent to Processing of Special Category Data

I freely consent to the processing, by the app's algorithm and AI models, of the special category personal data I provide — height, weight, age, gender, activity level, food allergies, the health conditions I declare (diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, coeliac disease, thyroid, kidney conditions, etc.), my diet style, food preferences, health goal and any free-text notes I write — so that the app can offer me a personalised nutrition plan, calculate my calorie target and suggest recipes.

Consent to International Transfer

I consent to the transfer of the data above to cloud computing and artificial intelligence infrastructure providers whose servers are located abroad (Google Firebase and Groq, Inc.), for the purposes of storage, backup and the generation of plans, recipes and periodic assessments by AI models.

In this transfer my name, e-mail address and account identifier are not sent to the AI provider; only the nutrition profile required for plan generation is transmitted.

Consent to Processing of Meal Photos

I consent to meal photos I take or select from my gallery being transmitted to an image processing model located abroad, solely for the purpose of analysis. I understand that the photo itself is not stored and that only the result — dish name, estimated weight, calories and macronutrients — is written to my meal record.

I am not obliged to give this consent; I can add my meals manually or by barcode without using the photo feature.

Withdrawal of Consent

I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time. Because withdrawal stops every module of the app that processes health data, a withdrawal request results in deletion of the account.

• I can delete my data with Profile → Delete Account in the app.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out up to the moment of withdrawal. See Account Deletion for details.

Consequences of Not Giving Consent

Consents 01 and 02 in this statement are required for the service to be provided; without them no personalised nutrition plan can be generated and the app cannot be used. Consent for photo analysis is optional and withholding it does not prevent the use of the other modules.
